Cricket Fans Rejoice! India’s Home Season Schedule Announced

Cricket lovers in India, it’s time to celebrate! The BCCI has finally unveiled the schedule for the Indian Cricket Team’s home season in 2024-25. Get ready for a jam-packed season featuring Test matches, T20s, and ODIs, with India facing off against some top contenders.

The action kicks off in September with Bangladesh on tour for a two-Test series. This is a crucial battle for India in the World Test Championship, where they’ll be looking to climb the rankings. Chennai will host the first Test on September 19th, followed by Kanpur on September 27th. Don’t miss this chance to see India battle it out in the longer format!

After the Tests, things heat up with a three-match T20I series against Bangladesh. Expect some explosive batting and fiery bowling as both teams go head-to-head.

October brings another Test series, this time against New Zealand. With World Test Championship points at stake again, India will be looking to dominate. The three Tests will be played in Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai, starting from October 16th.

As 2024 draws to a close, the excitement continues with a white-ball showdown against England in the new year. Buckle up for a five-match T20I series starting on January 22nd. Witness some lightning-fast action across Chennai, Kolkata, Rajkot, Pune, and Mumbai.

But that’s not all! The England tour also includes a three-match ODI series. Get ready for strategic play and top-notch performances from both sides. Nagpur, Cuttack, and Ahmedabad will be the battlegrounds for these ODIs, starting on February 6th.
